Casa Alfaro and young art join hands at Noche en Blanco with the exhibition “Questions to inhabit the world”

When Lucía contacted our workshop to ask if we wanted to collaborate on her new artistic project, we didn't hesitate: we said yes without hesitation . We are passionate about opening our doors to fresh perspectives and emerging talent, especially when it comes to highlighting the everyday stories that shape our identity. The result of this beautiful collaboration will be unveiled in an unbeatable setting during the city's grand cultural celebration.
Next Saturday, June 27, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. , the Espacio Joven Fundación Ibercaja will open its doors for Zaragoza's White Night, hosting "Questions for Inhabiting the World." This exhibition of contemporary art stems from the Conecta Cultura program, an initiative promoted in conjunction with AD HOC Gestión Cultural to support the creative processes of young artists. [ 1 ]
On this occasion, Lucía participates in the exhibition with her project “Archive of the Invisible” in the Creativity Room. Through black and white analog photography , her work poses a direct question: How many times have you passed by this shop window? Capturing the essence of the corner store and the neighborhood workshop, her gaze focuses on pure craftsmanship and a reality that touches us very closely: how that traditional essence silently disappears in the face of the homogenization of our streets. This project is an invitation to stop and observe, and to recognize the value of encounters, trades, and small businesses with soul that build and inhabit our daily lives. [ 1 ]
We are incredibly proud to have been part of the canvas of this map of memories. The most exciting thing of all is that, to maintain the surprise, we haven't seen any of the final cut yet! So, of course, we wouldn't miss it for the world; we'll be there in the front row. We are absolutely certain that her analog photographs will be beautiful, moving, and full of sensitivity. We can't wait to discover how she has immortalized the soul of our workshop against the passage of time.
