Aragonese craftsmanship continues to be celebrated, and during the year 2025 I have had many moments of celebration.

This Christmas, the artisan Raúl del Chano will be one of the three artisans selected nationwide to close the Mano a Mano artisan cycle at Las Rozas Village, coinciding , in addition, with the 25th anniversary of this space.

With natural fibers as the leitmotif of this third and final chapter of this cycle, the Christmas campaign becomes a conversation about appreciating materials, the work behind them, and learning to look again, linking contemporary high craftsmanship and turning it into a space to reformulate luxury.

Thus, Raúl del Chano presents his piece Copico, born from the memory of the cold of Teruel, and evokes the mountains of his homeland with this sculpture woven from agave fiber using the looping technique. Inspired by winter, the work suggests a snowflake. Suspended from a gilded pulley, the rope tensions bush-hammered stones and wicker elements that represent rocks and trees, composing a winter landscape with a Christmas spirit.
