Un proyecto colaborativo muy especial.

At Casa Alfaro we are very excited to share a very special collaborative project.

@mariaruedaatelier contacted us to bring her final project to life: a collection whose objective is to recover, value and update the accessories of traditional women's clothing from Zaragoza and that reflect the cultural richness of our land.

She designed and hand-knitted each piece entirely by hand, and we took care of sewing, assembling and attaching them to the sole with great care.
Each piece is based on details, shapes and colors of the architecture of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar and the Aljafería Palace.

This project demonstrates that history and innovation go hand in hand.

In addition to showcasing local craftsmanship, the pieces incorporate Piñatex, an ecological and sustainable alternative that adds a contemporary and environmentally responsible touch.
