This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the Website and is supplemented, in the case of a registered User, by the applicable Specific and/or Additional Terms and Conditions (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “General Terms of Use”). By using the Website, you declare that you have read and fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, the Specific and/or Additional Terms and Conditions that will govern the purchase of products and services, thereby entering into a binding contract with CUIICO Tools.
CUIICO Tools reserves the right to modify the terms of the General Terms of Use and the content included on the Platform. In such cases, CUIICO Tools will provide sufficient advance notice of any modifications to the Terms and will publish the new version, automatically replacing the previous ones. Nullity and ineffectiveness of the clauses
If any clause included in this Legal Notice is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect said provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, this Legal Notice remaining in force in all other respects and such provision being considered totally or partially as not included.
Applicable legislation
The clauses comprising this Legal Notice are governed by and construed in accordance with current Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise, the User agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, unless the application of the law indicates otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties will make every reasonable effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
